1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brave IT Services platform at www.braveitservices.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Services
Brave IT Services is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others. All services are delivered through automated and semi-automated systems in accordance with the specifications of each service listed on our platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Brave IT Services reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who provide false information.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Brave IT Services immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Brave IT Services will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Brave IT Services. Payments are processed through the available payment methods listed on the platform, including but not limited to online payment gateways, Fonepay, and manual bank transfer. Prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or as otherwise indicated. All payments are final and non-transferable to other users. Brave IT Services reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Brave IT Services. A refund or partial refund may be provided in the following circumstances: the service was not delivered within the stated timeframe due to a technical failure on our part, or the service did not meet the stated specifications. Refunds will be credited to your account balance, not to the original payment method, unless otherwise determined by our support team. Orders that have already started or been completed are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, please contact us via the support ticket system within 7 days of placing the order.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing your account credentials with third parties without authorization
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service in a way that is not intended
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Brave IT Services or its payment processors
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team
- Using the Service to promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
8. Service Delivery
Brave IT Services makes reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated timeframes stated on the platform. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and API availability, may affect delivery. Brave IT Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, please contact our support team before initiating any disputes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Brave IT Services platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Brave IT Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content from this Service without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brave IT Services does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Social media platforms may change their algorithms or policies at any time, which may affect the delivery or retention of services purchased. Brave IT Services makes no guarantee regarding the long-term retention of followers, likes, or other engagement metrics.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brave IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall the total liability of Brave IT Services exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the event.
12. Termination
Brave IT Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of Brave IT Services, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any unused account balance at the time of termination due to a violation of these Terms is non-refundable.
13. Changes to Terms
Brave IT Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
